Kira Is Coming Home!

We got the news today that we will meet our daughter September 4th. We are absolutely on cloud nine! We have a very busy few weeks to prepare to travel and be prepared for a baby in our house!

Oh, my gosh, my head is just swimming. I was out to lunch with a friend when I got the call. So, I stepped outside to take it. Then I called Dan at work, and we just cried and giggled. My poor friend was wondering what was wrong when I finally
rejoined our lunch 10 minutes later!

There is so much to do! I am taking a summer class that ends next week, for which I still have 2 papers to write. Plus, the school year starts next Thursday and I have a lot to do to get ready for that. I will start out the first 2 weeks of school and then, Kira, here we come!

Dan is already calling a travel agent. I already called my Principal to let him know to get a long term sub. I know I have so much to do to get ready to travel and to be ready for a baby, but right now my mind just won't work to think of it all!

Kira will be almost 9 months old when we arrive home.
